We collect only what you give us and basic technical information automatically logged by our hosting and analytics providers.

  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, kept by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
  • Cookies — we use a session cookie for the admin login area only. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies on the public site.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide a free estimate.
  • To schedule, perform, and follow up on services you request.

Each provider is contractually obligated to handle information only as needed to provide their service to us.

5. How long we keep your information

  • Lead inquiries that do not convert — retained for up to 24 months for follow-up, then deleted on request.
  • Active and former customers — retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus seven (7) years for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes.
  • Server logs — typically 30–90 days, per our hosting provider’s policy.
  • Analytics — aggregated, non-identifying data is retained indefinitely.

6. How we protect your information

Our website is served over HTTPS. Our database is encrypted at rest and accessible only to authenticated administrators. Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms. We restrict access to customer information to employees who need it for their job.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we will notify affected individuals as required by New York law in the event of a data breach involving personal information.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements such as tax and warranty obligations).
  • Opt out of future marketing communications (we do not send marketing communications, but if that changes, opt-out will be available).

8. Children
